I'm thrilled to be part of the Howard Hanna Allen Tate Lake Norman office where I get to serve my passion for real estate.  Before becoming a real estate agent, I owned and operated my own company, an experience that taught me the importance of discipline, creative problem-solving, and managing the little details that make a big difference. I also have 12 years of hands-on experience purchasing, renovating, and reselling residential properties, which has given me in-depth knowledge of the local market, renovation strategy, and the full lifecycle of a home sale. This perspective allows me to offer valuable insights to buyers and sellers alike, from recognizing potential in a property to understanding what improvements deliver the best return.
